We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. All orders and payment matters are managed by our headquarters: Ring-Ring International B.V., located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
You have the right to return your purchase for any reason within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Please be aware that once this 30-day window has expired, we are no longer able to accept returns or offer refunds for that specific order.
Eligibility and Condition of Items
To qualify for a successful return and refund, the items must be sent back in their original condition. This includes being unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and protective packaging intact. We recommend that you package your return securely, as Luvier cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit back to our facility.
The Return Process
To start your return, please follow these steps:

Notification: Send an email to info@luvier.co.uk stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific shipping instructions for our international intake center.

Shipping: You will need to arrange for the shipment of the goods. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Important Note on Our Return Address: To keep our operations efficient and our prices competitive, our fulfillment and returns are handled through our global logistics partner in China. All returns must be shipped to the following address:

Refund Processing
Once your returned package has arrived at our warehouse in Jinhua, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. While we aim to process these refunds within 7 business days of receiving the item, please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the transaction. We are pleased to confirm that we do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges: If you require a different size or a replacement item, please contact us at info@luvier.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day window and condition requirements as standard returns.

Cancellations: Due to our commitment to fast processing, we are only able to cancel orders before they reach the processing stage. If your order has already been handled by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled and must be treated as a standard return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us immediately at info@luvier.co.uk with clear photographs showing the issue. We will review your case promptly and ensure you receive a replacement or the correct item at no extra cost to you.
