Delivery Schedule

We work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note the following timelines:

• Daily Order Cut-off: 17:00 GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

• Handling & Processing: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

• Transit Time to the UK: 5 to 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

• Shipping Rate: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Information

To maintain a high standard of variety and value, Luvier products are dispatched from our international partner warehouse located in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. All shipments are fully trackable from our warehouse to your front door.

Customs, VAT, and Import Duties

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all UK deliveries.

• VAT: Included in the listed product price.

• Import Fees: Luvier covers all customs duties. There are no hidden charges or additional fees to be paid upon delivery.

Shipping Inquiries & Delays

While most orders arrive within the 5 to 8 day window, external factors can occasionally cause minor delays. We kindly ask that you wait an additional 2 business days beyond the expected delivery date before contacting us.

Cancellations and Issues

• Cancellations: We aim to process orders immediately. If you need to cancel, please email us right away. Once an order has been moved to the "Processed" stage, we are unable to cancel it as it is already prepared for shipment.

• Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email photos of the product and packaging to info@luvier.co.uk. Our team will review the claim and arrange for a replacement or a solution.
